Complaints
Last updated: 4 October 2026
I want every patient to be happy with their care. If something isn't right, please tell me. Complaints are taken seriously, handled fairly and confidentially, and making one will never affect your care.
How to complain
You can raise a concern in person at your appointment, by phone on 0203 488 3948, by email to info@drfarah.co.uk, or in writing to Dr Farah Suker, 10 Harley Street, London W1G 9PF.
It helps if you include your name and contact details, the date of your treatment, what happened, and what you would like to happen next. You can complain on behalf of someone else with their written permission.
What happens next
- Within 2 working days: we acknowledge your complaint and explain what will happen.
- Within 20 working days: you receive a full written response explaining what we found, an apology where something went wrong, and anything we have changed as a result.
- If we need longer, we'll tell you why and when you can expect a reply.
Please raise concerns within 12 months of the treatment, or of when you became aware of the problem. We may still be able to look into older concerns.
If you're still unhappy
- If you have concerns about a doctor's fitness to practise, you can contact the General Medical Council.
- If your concern is about how we've handled your personal information, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
- If your concern is about our advertising, you can contact the Advertising Standards Authority.
- For free independent advice, you can contact Citizens Advice.
Urgent concerns after treatment
If you have pain, increasing swelling, skin colour changes, problems with your vision, or feel unwell after treatment, contact the clinic straight away. Out of hours, call NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.
